SCWIST Integrating Sex and Gender into Research- As part of the Innovation and Life Leadership series of workshops, the following questions will be discussed: Is gender considered in clinical studies? Is there gender bias? Why does it matter? What is the impact? What is SGBA (Sex and Gender-Based Analysis)? What's being done to counteract gender bias in an innovative way? What can leaders and researchers/clinicians do to consider women in studies and remove gender bias?
