For every human gene in our body, there are 360 microbial genes hanging out right beside it. And while every human being is essentially harbouring colonies of microbes, we also each have a unique internal code - our genetics - when unlocked, can activate our greatest level of wellbeing.
This session will explore:
  • Where the fields of genetics and microbiome collide.
  • The difference between nature and nurture in our wellbeing journey.
  • How to balance the power of our health data with personal privacy.
