In traditional Indigenous culture, wellness involved a balance of spiritual, emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. Today, many pockets of Western medicine are, too, integrating knowledge from across disciplines to help people heal, transform and operate at their peak potential.

This session will explore:
  • How ancient wisdom can be integrated into current ways of being.
  • New ways to think about your wellness potential.
  • What lies ahead for the future of wellbeing in and beyond medicine.
